Depending on the application, we manufacture the following engraved roller variants:
- Steel to Steel (Male/Female) – Point-to-Point (P2P) and Point-to-Flat (P2F) systems
- Steel to Paper (Male/Female)
- Steel to Rubber
All specified variants can be delivered as:
- Individual engraved rollers
- or complete embossing sections, ready for integration into the production line.
In addition to manufacturing new rollers, we also produce complete assemblies with gears and ancillary components, built according to technical documentation or customer samples.
Depending on operating conditions and process requirements, rollers can be finished with hard chrome plating or manufactured from special tool steels with hardness up to 60 HRC, ensuring high wear resistance, extended service life, and reliable continuous operation.
